I can help you build skills and discover resources so that you feel empowered when navigating life’s challenges.
When we work together, you can learn more about yourself and the challenges you are experiencing. You will have a safe and supportive space to process, express and reflect on what you’re feeling. With some gentle guidance, you can practice using strategies to reduce distress, accomplish goals, heal, and make meaningful changes in your life.
My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), self-compassion, and strategies for healing from trauma (Cognitive Processing Therapy, inner child reparenting).
