Dr. Kurta is a Clinical and School Psychologist with experience in hospitals (including CHEO and The Royal), schools, and community clinics.

She provides assessments for children and youth ages 6-19 for:

● ADHD and psychoeducational profiles

Fees & Insurance 

Gifted Assessment

$3,000 

Assessment costs vary depending on the type and complexity:

Psychoeducational / ADHD

$3,800 – $4,500 

Psychoeducational + Autism

$4,950 

Many extended health plans provide partial or full coverage.
Receipts are provided for reimbursement.

Specific fees will be confirmed once we determine the best assessment for your child or teen.
