Rise Above Depression
Our clients who come to us with help with depression are often almost constantly exhausted, experience “brain fog”, feel numb, empty, irritable and/or hopeless, have no energy, and lack the motivation to get things done.
They find themselves not wanting to get out of bed in the morning, and isolating themselves from their family and friends. They feel depleted before they even start their day.
Depression can show up differently for people. Some people become tearful many times throughout the day, while others feel on edge and find themselves losing their temper often.
Our clients tell us that depression can wear on their relationships, and make it hard for them to get along with their spouse, kids, and family.
If you need urgent help, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 for free, confidential support at any time.
