I provide in-person and online therapy for children (ages 5+), teens, and adults. With over 6 years of experience as a therapist, and more than a decade supporting individuals in social services, I specialize in helping children and adolescents who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, high functioning Autism, or big emotions, as well as parents seeking guidance navigating behavioural and emotional challenges at home and at school.

I also work extensively with adults managing ADHD, high functioning Autism, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, workplace stress, or burnout, helping them feel more grounded and confident in daily life.

Clients often describe me as a warm, approachable, and client-centered therapist. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable and respected, so I adapt my approach to each person’s pace and needs. For children and teens, this can include incorporating art, games, music, or nature to make sessions engaging and supportive.

Outside of my clinical training, I’ve always had a love of the arts — I’m a classically trained pianist — and I often draw on creativity and play to help clients feel at ease and open to growth. With adults, I focus on creating a collaborative, non-judgmental space where we can explore challenges, strengthen coping skills, and foster meaningful change.

My approach draws on Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness- and compassion-based practices, along with solution-focused and trauma-informed strategies when helpful. These evidence-based methods allow me to tailor therapy to each person while keeping the focus on practical, lasting results.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Windsor, along with specialized training in trauma counselling (SickKids) and solution-focused therapy.

I would be honoured to support you or your child in creating healthier ways of coping so life feels more balanced and fulfilling.
