Taking the first steps on your path to healing can feel relieving, exciting, and overwhelming at the same time. Whether you are looking for support for yourself or your child, you may feel unsure of where to begin or how to proceed to your destination. I understand how daunting it can feel to figure it all out on your own. My role is to walk beside you and/or your child, offering support, tools, and understanding as you navigate your path.

My work at community agencies, such as Crossroads Mental Health Centre and Vanier Children’s Services, has provided me with valuable experience helping children, teens, and their families, including coaching parents and providing hands-on modelling of therapeutic interventions, assisting families in navigating the school system, and supporting relationship-building between children and their caregivers.

My goal is to provide you with a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel seen, heard, accepted, and empowered. I strive to approach each session with curiosity, flexibility, and respect for where you are in your healing process. I integrate techniques from a range of evidence based practices, tailoring my approach to best meet your needs. My therapeutic approaches include cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and emotion-focused therapy (EFT), as well as narrative, play, and art therapies. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, build resilience, and help you move toward a place of growth and well-being.
